To thank his fans for their support, Rain held his autograph party in Myung-dong's 'Music Korea' on May 12th at 4pm.
Before this, it was held in Yongsan's iPark Mall 'Sinnara Record' store on the same day at 2:30pm, and the last one will begin in Kangnam's 'Kyuobo Hottracks' on the same day at 7pm.

Rain hurt during Back to the Basic fan signing event?
Rain who is currently in the midst of his new album promotions, held three back-to-back fan signing events this afternoon on the 12th at separate locations for fans who bought his Back to the Basic album.
Rain had decided on having a fan signing because he wanted to show his appreciation for fans who bought his albums and hoped to leave a wonderful memory for them. But he certainly didn't count on having a bad experience.
Things went on smoothly for his first fan signing where he wore a mesh-like outfit coupled with sandals. But things got slightly out of control in the second fan signing as the security failed to hold back the swarm of people when he arrived in his vehicle. He was seen clutching his right arm/shoulder in the aftermath after getting hit by someone. We certainly hope it wasn’t anything serious.
Rain will begin promotions for this follow-up song, Hip Song from this week.

Rain to hold autograph signing sessions in Seoul tomorrow
Asian superstar Rain will be meeting his fans at an autograph signing session in Seoul tomorrow, according to his agency on Tuesday.
J. Tune Entertainment announced in a press release that the singer will show up at three major record stores -- Music Korea in Myung-dong district, I-Park Shinara in Yongsan and Kyobo Hottracks in Gangnam area -- on Wednesday and sign autographs for fans.
The agency explained that it was Rain's idea to hold the event as he wanted to come in closer contact with his fans and also help ignite album sales for the local music market. Offline record sales in Korea has taken a huge hit ever since digital downloading emerged over ten years ago.
The multi-talented entertainer, who recently made a splashing comeback with his latest album "Back To The Basic," has been sweeping numerous music charts with his ballad single "Love Song."
Born Jung Ji-hoon, Rain has released six studio albums to date and performed at numerous concert tours throughout Asia and in the U.S. including a sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden.
The singer carried his popularity and talents over to acting, appearing in several hit TV series such as "Sang Doo! Let's Go To School" (KBS, 2003) and "Full House" (KBS, 2004) and making his big screen debut in Park Chan-wook's surrealist comedy pic "I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK."
In 2008, Rain made his Hollywood debut through a supporting role in the Wachowski Brothers' pic "Speed Racer." The Korean star reportedly made such a great impression on the famous sibling duo that they offered him the lead role in last year's martial arts flick "Ninja Assassin."
While the movie bombed at the U.S. and local box office, his top billing in the film brought the Korean star international recognition and stardom worldwide.

Rain'll hold his autograph party in Myun-dong's 'Music Korea', Youngsan's 'iPark Sinnara', and Kangnam's 'Kyobo Hottracks', Seoul, on the 12th.
Rain who recently released his special album 'Back To The Basic', will show his second single 'Hip Song' after 'Love Song'. It is known that he offered this event to thank his fans for their support before following up with his second single.

Ahead of the end of new album promotions, RAIN to hold fanmeeting
Recently back with the album 'Back To The Basic' and dominating music charts and music shows charts, singer Rain will be holding a fanmeet.
Coming 12th May, he will be meeting fans in Seoul MyungDong Music Korea, YongSang Children Park ShinNara, KangNam Hot Tracks. The idea of the fanmeet was brought up by Rain himself during the recent meetings with staff after seeing the great success with this album even though the music industry is said to be in recession.

Rain'll have a surprise meeting with his more than 300 fans, going around downtown Seoul on the 12th.
On this day, Rain'll relay to hold his autograph parties in downtown Seoul for 6 hours, visiting around the CD stores, 'Music Korea' in Myung-dong and 'Kyobo Hottracks' in Kangnam-gu, starting with iPark Mall's 'Sinnara' in Yongsan at 2:30pm.
Rain's agent expressed on the 10th, "Rain's come to hold his autograph party to say thank his fans who have supported his musical activities with his special album." continuing, "He hopes this event will be a short, memorable one to them."
Through his homepage last 7th, he released his photo that showed his posting a message to his fans in his car while he was waiting on the pre-recording of KBS 2TV 'Music Bank', "It's a lovely day, isn't it? You came into my mind while I was surfing the Internet. Thanks so much for bring all kinds of delicious food in the lunch box to the waiting room every meal of the day."
Rain'll follow up with his second single 'Hip Song' from May13th, and will go on a concert tour in Japan's Tokyo, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Sapporo, etc. from June 22nd.
