Rain becomes the first Asian to be twice picked as TIME's top 100 most influential entertainers in the world

As world star Rain has become the first Asian to be twice selected as one of the World's Most Influential People by the Time magazine after ranking top in its 100 Poll this year, he is being congratulated from his fans all over the world.

Before this, in the 2011 Time 100 Poll that closed officially as of midnight on 14 April, Rain took first place, maintaining dominant position in the list of 203 candidates after beating out Jay Chou (second), Susan Boyle (third) and so on.
