J.Tune's clarification:
Rain is working very hard right now and this news about exempt from army has nothing to do with Rain and does not represent Rain's decision and his standpoint.

Korean Ministry Culture's reply:
They clarified the recent news about waive military service for hallyu stars is mis-reporting. Even though there were discussion about this matter in the public but within the organization they never talked about this publicly.
