Kaoshiung Airport in Taiwan was paralyzed due to Rain entering the country for his Legend of Rainism concert.
Rain entered Kaoshiung, Taiwan's second city, last January 28th. As more than 500 people congregated to watch the first international star visiting Kaoshiung, the state of paralysis of the airport occurred.
Reporters form Taipei, Taiwan's capital city, and from Kaoshiung gathered to the airport and competed to cover the scene. As TV media brought their OB vans to broadcast it in time for the news, there was an unusual scene where they were putting it on TV in real time.
The press conference on the 29th was packed for more than 150 reporters from the total 50 media.
An introduction about Rain by 'Jin Gook'(麴菊), the mayor of Kaoshiung, was followed by Rain's greeting, and the conference proceeded in a friendly atmosphere throughout.
There was enthusiastic applause when Rain first greeted "Hello everyone, this is Rain." in Mandarin language, and the atmosphere hearted up when he said "I'm very glad to be in Kaoshiung" with a Taiwanese accent.
The questions mostly focused on the concert, and in particular when MBC crew from Korea's Busan city staying in Taiwan just at the right time, asked Rain "Almost every poster for your concert in Taiwan has gone, and I've heard that your fans are sleeping on it. What do you think of that?", there was a burst into laughter.
Rain'll return to his home country after holding the concert in Taiwan on Jan.30th, and he'll be the first foreign star to hold his concert in Kaoshiung Main Stadium.
