Rain has another surprise for us! Are you ready? *Drum roll please!* The superstar is going to star in another Hollywood film! The plot is definitely different. It’s about an Asian popstar sensation who performs around the states and lands in New York City where he goes to a cafe to "get away from the fame." As he sips on his coffee, he notices that the girl next to him is writing a blog entry about him. As he hovers over her shoulder to write the article about him, he spills his coffee all over her. She jumps up and they meet eye contact. This is where the love story begins. He's a superstar, she's just a KPOP writer named Ellie. Sounds like a box office hit!
Okay, so that's not really the storyline, but it sounds good to me. Rain who returned back to Korea on Monday night told Hanook Ilbo the next film he will embark on will most likely be a Hollywood film. He said: "What I can reveal for now is that it is a world-class project. A great director is likely to get together with the movie. I also expect my role to be significant."
Rain says his dream is have his name on a movie that shoots to No.1 in the box office. It's our dream too, Rain. It's our dream too.
