Lee Soo Young finally opens up about Rain

Regrets about a long lost friendship? or a long lost love? In any case, Lee Soo Young is finally talking about Rain. On "Champagne" last night, Lee Soo Young began telling a blind item story about a friendship that she had with a male hoobae singer back in the day. A close friendship that had started out based on similar hardships and family backgrounds came to an abrupt halt when Lee Soo Young advised her "friend" that the jump from "singer to actor" would not be a good idea. Lee Soo Young continued on to say that her friend's first drama series ended up becoming a big hit and that he went on to become a "World Star".

After Eun Ji Won (in his elementary school boy way) blurted out "Ji Hoon!", Lee Soo Young had to concede that the story was about Rain. Lee Soo Young said that she has not talked to Rain since the incident and that she now regrets giving him the "misguided career advice". She also continued on to say that she hopes that they can rekindle their friendship in the future.

I, for one, am glad that Rain didn't listen to Lee Soo Young's advice about acting because Rain's first drama, "Let's go to school, Sangdoo", is one of my most favorite dramas ever!!!
