[Notice from rain-cloud] Notice for pre-booking winners – how to get tickets

Hello, this is Cloud Mater.

This is for pre-booking winners among international fans (including Korea) regarding how to get the tickets. Please check out below to be informed how to pay for and get the tickets.

1. Payment

1) Wire the ticket costs to the bank below;

Ex 1) If purchase 3 Arena seats: 12,000 Yen * 3 = 36,000 Yen
Ex 2) If purchase 2 Arena seats and 1 Stand A seat: 12,000 Yen * 2 + 11,000 Yen * 1 = 35,000 Yen

2) The ticket purchaser is responsible for the transfer fee. If the wire is not made by August 4th, the booking will be canceled.

(Please be informed that there are no additional days for the wire other than August 4th.)
Please be sure that the sender is the same as the booker.

3) Once the wire is made, there won’t be any refund.

4) Within a week since the wire is made, the confirmation email will be sent.

2. How to receive the tickets

Please keep in mind the seat number which you will know from the confirmation email and bring your passport to the venue and show it to the fan club booth in order to get the tickets.
