The both sides, 'singer Rain & JYP entertainment (his former agent)' and 'Click entertainment' who experienced a conflict due to his canceled concert in Hawaii, have agreed on a compromise allegedly, but Rain & JYP sides expressed, "We received orders not to bring the matter to light by U.S. court." and "Since the orders by the court, we can not make our position clear." and asked for consent.
Rain & JYP sides might choose the settlement offer only for the breach of contract except the punitive and deceptive damages.
Before this, Rain & JYP sides were very upset due to the unexpected decision, and instantly appealed against the judgement, but Rain & JYP and Click had a change of heart, and tried to reach an agreement.
