Rain told his departure schedule for Hawaii due to the lawsuit through his official site

Singer Rain plans to leave for Hawaii to face the trial related to his last world tour.
Rain's agent J.Tune entertainment told his fans about the news through his official site.

"Rain plans to leave for Hawaii on March 15 due to the matter of Hawaii lawsuit related to his last World Tour concert.
Though he's supposed to fly to Hawaii because of the regrettable matter, thanks to your support and anxiety, I believe that he'll meaningfully get through with it and be able to return to the country.
He shall meet the fans that he didn't meet often before, though it may be an inconvenienced occasion.I will appreciate your much love and attention."

Click entertainment, the local agent in Hawaii, sued for Rain, "We bought the production right of Rain's world tour that was dued to be held in Hawaii, last June15, 2007, but it was cancelled one-sidedly by Rain's side."

While Rain's side asserted against that, "We were going to keep holding the concert, but we could not help give it up because the stage was wholly unprepared."

In reference to the same lawsuit sued by the Click even in the country, Rain & JYP entertainment were judged as the unsuspectedness on October, 2007, from the criminal, section six of South Korea prosecutor.
