J.Tune announces its policy of artists’ portrait right

Hello, this is J.Tune Entertainment.

Due to the development of technology of photography, record, and etc. these days, lots of legal issues occur from
the disapproved use of artists. Accordingly, J.Tune Entertainment (hereinafter "Company") announce its policy of
its artists (hereinafter "Artists")' portrait right.

1. Policy of portrait
(1) Pursuant to Company’s contract with Artists, Company is authorized to protect Artists' portrait rights and
other relevant rights.

(2) Please keep in mind that in the event to film, disclose, copy, transmit, exhibit, screen, distribute, lend, or
produce the secondary works of the picture, artwork, character, footage, or others (hereinafter "Pictures")
of Artists' portrait, image, name, voice, motion, and/or something to show Artists' identity (hereinafter "Portrait"), without Company's prior consent, the civil and/or criminal responsibility can be asked to the person who
conducts the acts, due to the infringement of portrait right, publicity right, copyright, privacy right, and/or fame right.

(3) Prohibited activities
Without limitation, the followings are prohibited;

- Disapproved use of Artists’ Portrait into advertisement and/or publicity
- Manufacturing or selling goods by disapproved use of Artists' Portrait
- Any and all disapproved use beyond personal use of Artists' Portrait
- Malicious transformation, distortion, damage of Artists' Portrait
- Writing groundless rumor and/or scandal of Artists
- Filming and disclosing Artists' pictures, footages, and etc. which Artists don't want to disclose and/or public can feel unpleasant.
- Especially, in the place in which filming is not allowed, please restrain from filming Artists' pictures, footages, and etc. in order to protect Artists' privacy right and personal right.
- Also, please keep in mind that filming in concerts and award ceremonies is not allowed.

(4) Even though it's not for profits and commercial purpose, in any and all kind of cases to manufacture and/or sell products related to Artists, please get Company's prior permission.

Company will take strong actions to the disapproved activities to use Artists' Portrait.

2. Report of portrait right
In the event that the cases for Artists’ Portrait to be used without Company's consent are found,
please let Company know so that it can take a proper action immediately.
