Rain has received the main prize at the 2008 Golden Disk Awards.
On Dec 10th Rain received the main prize at the 2008 Golden Disk awards held in the Olympic Hall at the Olympic Park, Seoul.
Upon receiving the award Rain said a word of gratitude, "To my fans who support me no matter what or how, I say thank you." With this, he enjoyed the honor of receiving his first main award since he made his comeback in October. He was unable to compete in the last MKMF awards as he missed out on the time of nomination.
The release of "Rainism" this year has set up a sales volume record, and today he has enjoyed the honor of receiving the Golden Disk main award.
