Over 3000 fans attended Rain's Fan Meeting in JP

Over 3000 fans attended Rain's Fan Meeting in Japan.

Rain's Fan Meeting in Japan was held on June 30, 2008 in Tokyo JCB center and it started at 7pm. Rain and Japanese fans had spent an unforgettable moment together. Since Rain has been shooting movie in Berlin he was away from Asia for awhile, Rain expressed thanks to the fans who had waited for him. This fan meeting was free admission and is for Rain's official fan club, "The Cloud" members.

When Rain arrived at Japan Narita airport, there were about 1500 fans greeted him. Many fans had waited in the JCB center from morning until the starting time.

In the fan meeting, Rain came back on stage as a singer. He performed the songs, "I do", "How to avoid the sun" and "Instead of saying goodbye" for the fans. Regarding to this free admission fan meeting, Rain said, "I have been receiving support from the fans at the very beginning but have not give them anything so through this fan meeting I hope could be as a little gift to the fans."

At the fan meeting, there were about 80 local media and Japan Fuji television station competed to interview Rain. Fans had specially prepared a birthday cake and sung birthday song to celebrate Rain's birthday and this brought him surprise. Someone from Rain's management said, "Because Rain was busy shooting movie, he simply spent his birthday, he never thought the fans prepared this birthday party to celebrate for him, this made Rain felt very happy."

After been shooting in Berlin for 4 months, Rain finally done shooting "Ninja Assassin". He will be back to Seoul on July 1st and July 27th will be the Korea fan meeting.
