Can Rain Follow The Footsteps of Bae Young-Joon and Jang Dong-Gun?

Not too long ago singer Rain finished with the planning of his company, and the discussion regarding cooperation with a listing company has sparked attention. In May when Rain's contract with JYP Entertainment expired, there were many kinds of rumors. But then in June Rain established with his own naming Rainy Entertainment to start moving on his own.
But not too long ago Rain changed his own direction, made an advancement by combining with a public listing company. Rain's decision to make this merge was probably following the example of Bae Young-joon's situation. In March 2006 BYJ merged with OtoWinteck (currently known as Keyeast) to become the shareholder of 10 billion Won.
Through this company, not only did BYJ carried out the management and operations, he was also able to carry out all kinds of matters that involved copyrights. Actor Jang Dong-gun has also been able to work this way continuosly through StarM. By merging with a listed company a top-grade star can enter into the shareholder market, using this as a method to promote the value of one's own goods. On the other hand, there is the rumor of the effect resulting from Rain being able to obtain 10 billion Won, and there is curiosity as to how big the actual effect might be from the merging of the companies.
